Jane Scheckter: In Times Like These

Singer Jane Scheckter celebrates the release of her latest CD, In Times Like These. The show and CD title comes from the Sammy Fain and Yip Harburg song that was playing on the air when a news bulletin interrupted to announce the Allied landing on the beaches of Normandy, June 6, 1944. Few people are familiar with this remarkable song, whose lyrics are particularly relevant today. Jane has chosen songs that are about love, hope, memory and good luck – all positive, but realistically so!
