About This Show

This Moscow-based company has been noted as being one of the best foreign opera troupes traveling this country. Celebrated as The Waltz King’s finest of 16 operettas, Strauss composed a spitfire favorite, firmly established in the European and American scenes today. Clearly an example of 19th century Viennese love of fun and frolic, Die Fledermaus (or “The Bat”) is frequently performed in many languages worldwide.

The performance is sung in German with English Super-Titles and a full orchestra.
