Join Gotham Rock Choir, NYC's Original Rock, Pop & Soul Choir, for "Sing!," our 30th concert! This fun and eclectic evening features 50 talented New Yorkers from all walks of life belting out tunes made famous by Aretha Franklin, The Backstreet Boys, Stevie Wonder, The Jackson Five, Pentatonix and loads of others!
Gotham Rock Choir was founded in 2009 to provide a fun alternative to stuffy traditional choirs and bring a much-needed sense of "cool" to choral singing. Over the years, the choir has provided backup vocals for the National Tour of Broadway's "Rocktopia" with Dee Snider (Twisted Sister) and Constantine Marouolis ("American Idol"), sung with multi-platinum recording artists The Tenors at their annual holiday show at Town Hall, appeared on NBC's "Today Show" and performed a variety of other high-profile gigs at venues such as Madison Square Garden, Barclay Center, The Knitting Factory and many others.
