Get By With a Little Help from Our Friends

The Parodivas, Darlene Rae Heller and Jason B. Schmidt host an evening of pomp, circumstance, and of course parody in Get By with a Little Help from Our Friends. The evening features three amazing New York performers, Adam Lendermon, Whitney Parshall, and Gwen Eyster, accompanied by Jesse Elder at the piano.

Darlene Rae Heller and Jason B. Schmidt are two actor/singer/writers who parody favorite songs and sing them beautifully. They have produced and starred in four full length comedy cabarets as well as written and performed in their experimental poetry piece Onomatopoeia. They pride themselves on creating new interesting campy funny weirdness and just want everyone to have a drink and come along for the ride.
