About the Show

Paradise Factory presents an exclusive screening of the short documentary film, Fox Chase Boy. Steeped in the shared nostalgia of a Northeast Philadelphia working-class neighborhood, the film is based on a live show that engages with comedy and memoir to acknowledge and confront deep personal and communal traumas inflicted within a close-knit Catholic parish. The screening is followed by a live talkback with the filmmakers, moderated by Jeannie Gaffigan. Following a brief intermission with complimentary refreshments, the audience is invited to experience a work-in-progress live performance by the film’s creator, co-director, and subject, Gerad Argeros.ry presents an exclusive screening of the short documentary film, Fox Chase Boy.
