Eight Days A Week – Celebrating 60 years of Beatles Music

About the Show

Bistro and MAC Hanson Award winning vocalist, Lucille Carr-Kaffashan, is thrilled to be returning to Don’t Tell Mama this fall with her Beatles tribute. "Eight Days A Week" is a celebration of the recent 60th anniversary of The Beatles’ first Shea Stadium concert in August 1965. Lucille weaves her memories of this concert and her life-long connection to The Beatles with a collection of songs that represent the different styles and moods of their songbook. This show is a reimagining of "In My Life", a show created 20 years ago by Lucille and music director David Brunetti. "Eight Days A Week" had its highly successful debut on December 6, 2024 as part of Urban Stages "Winter Rhythms " festival and then had a successful run at Don't Tell Mama this past spring.
