Daughter of the Waves

On the windswept coast of Ireland, a traveling circus troupe smuggles Jewish refugees out of Nazi Europe. Daughter of the Waves is a true untold tale of survival and hope, told with traditional Irish music, popular big band radio classics, and original indie-rock/folk songs. The heart of the show is a love story cut short by war, mirrored in a rehearsal of the Selkie myth – a magical seal who transforms for the love of a girl, and pays with his life.
