Returning to Broadway for the first time since 1949, Clifford Odets’ play The Big Knife depicts the struggle between Hollywood actor Charlie Castle (Bobby Cannavale) and the ruthless Hoff-Federated studio executives who will do anything to hold their star hostage. This includes blackmailing Castle with information they have been helping him cover up when he refuses to renew his contract. But when a woman uncovers this information, Castle must decide to what lengths he is willing to go to protect his secret.
