About This Show

This sassy, brassy musical spectacular is the stage remake of the classic 1933 movie. The famous Leading Lady breaks her ankle just before the show’s big opening on Broadway. Can the Understudy save the show at the last minute and become a star? This Cinderella story of Broadway is an exhilarating extravaganza of show business at its greatest. Winner of the Tony Award in 1981 for Best Musical, 42nd Street’s songs include “We’re In The Money,” “Shuffle Off To Buffalo,” and “Lullaby of Broadway.”

Patrick Cassidy and Blair Ross co- star in the Tony® Award-winning Broadway musical. Ross plays the diva Dorothy Brock and Cassidy is her tyrannical director Julian Marsh.

Student rush tickets are available (with a valid student ID) on the day of the performance for $21.50, limit 1 per person. These tickets are on sale Tuesday-Saturday from 4:30-5:30pm only, Wednesday/Saturday matinees from 11am-12pm only, and for Sunday matinees 12-1pm only.
