Broadway Barks 3

Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore will host the third annual Broadway Barks to help raise awareness of the plight of dogs and cats in the metropolitan area’s shelters. Event producer Broadway Cares and a roster of celebrities are teaming up with animal welfare organizations and shelters to promote pet adoption. Also planned is an auction of celebrity-autographed memorabilia.
The festivities begin at 3:30pm with celebrity presentations of citywide animal shelters to take place from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Expected to join Peters and Moore, are Cady Huffman, Gary Beach, Mary-Louise Parker, Christine Ebersole, Polly Bergen, Leslie Uggams, Joel Grey, and Catherine Hickland.

In the event of rain, Broadway Barks will be rescheuled for Saturday, July 28.
