Branice McKenzie

Branice McKenzie is a mellow bluesy jazz vocalist performing a combination of original and jazz classics. Her work with such luminaries as Harry Belafonte, Carly Simon and Roberta Flack has led to critical acclaim, while her smoky, related, late-night type of music has led to extensive performances through out the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia. She has performed at the Newport Jazz Festival, the Umbria Jazz Festival and the Clifford Brown Jazz Festival. McKenzie is backed by the Richard Cummings Quartet.
