Before The Swan Takes Flight

Before The Swan Takes Flight is an original variety evening presented by male comedy ballerina Ian Archer-Watters as a forum for him to perform The Swan before his first performances of it in London. The Swan gets its inspiration from the Camille Saint-Saens music of the same name and very loosely affiliates itself with the traditional The Dying Swan but with a couple of twists: the swan does not die and the swan, customarily danced in white, will be danced in a black tutu designed for the occasion by critically acclaimed costume designer Oswaldo Muniz. The performers joining Mr. Archer-Watters are friends and colleagues who seek an audience to whom they can present their work.
