Animal Magnetism

Arts at St. Ann’s presents Mabou Mines Animal Magnetism, a dark comedy which follows the dangerous attraction of an “inter-speciel” love affair. Cartoon animations, comic situations, fast paced dialogue and an inventive soundscape weave together the adventurous tale of Tin Tin, a wealthy, racketeering rhinoceros dealing on the black market for the enhancement of male potency and Cheri, an overachieving environmentalist chimpanzee with a burgeoning film career. Their passionate affair sends the two characters literally soaring through St. Ann’s rafters.
