American composer and Saint Thomas Choir School alumnus Trevor Weston premieres a new concert work for choir and orchestra, American Lamentations. This work, commissioned by Ronald Thomas, focuses on the Episcopal Church's delicate 18th century relationship with enslavement and racial inequality. The concert also features works by other American composers. The Saint Thomas Choir of Men and Boys is joined by the Orchestra of St. Luke's, conducted by Jeremy Filsell.
