Skin in Flames

The GreenHouse opens its second season with the first English language and Western Hemisphere production for award-winning Catalan playwright Guillem Clua. Guillem Clua’s Skin in Flames is a blistering meditation on the mass marketing of war and the darker sides of forgiveness. The play won the City of Alcoi Theatre Prize in 2004, making playwright Guillem Clua a two-time winner of this prize. This is the first English translation of Clua’s work, and this production will be a Western Hemisphere premiere. St. Louis playwright DJ Sanders translates, and Jason Cannon directs.
