In Blue Door, an African American math professor struggles with his most challenging equation. Left alone by his wife after refusing to join the Million Man March, Lewis watches as the ghosts of his ancestors shatter the silence of his insomnia. He is drawn into a spiral of history, a crisis of identity, culture, and an exploration of what it means to be black – then and now.
Blue Door performs in the Dowling Studio, and is directed by Jessica Finney.
