Online ticket sales stop 30 minutes before the doors open for an event, to help ticket takers have an accurate list of on-line ticket purchasers. You can still purchase tickets in person at the theatre box office. Thank you for your cooperation.

Matinee
12:30 p.m. – Online ticket sales stop
1 p.m. – Doors open
2 p.m. – Event starts

If you have any problems buying a ticket, such as problems with the payment method or getting a printable ticket, follow these steps:
DO NOT immediately try to buy the ticket again. This might result in unnecessary charges on your payment card.
Contact the Redford Theatre at [email protected]. Provide as much information as possible about your problem, including screenprints.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds for ticket purchases.
If you would like to try to buy the ticket again later, clear the cache and cookies on your web browser before making the purchase attempt. Also make sure that you are using a valid payment card and that you are entering your information correctly.
If it is the day of the event, you can buy the ticket in person at the theatre box office.
