Tony Kushner’s Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning drama Angels in America continues with Part Two: Perestroika. Picking up the action of last season’s Part One: Millennium Approaches, characters from all parts of the social spectrum grapple with blessings and sin, disease and death, and spiritual transformation during the AIDS crisis in the Reagan-era America. Stagecrafters’ 2004 presentation of Angels in America, Part One: Millennium Approaches has been awarded the 2005 Community Pride Wilde Award by Between the Lines.
