About the Show

On the night of Oscar Wilde’s arrest for indecency in 1895, hundreds of English men boarded the ferry to Calais, France, racing to escape an expected government crackdown on homosexuals. Night Passage by Robert Moran is a musical theater work that tells the stories of these men. This semi-staged performance will illuminate a little-known piece of history that still resonates today.
