John Cariani’s Almost, Maine is a series of vignettes acted by four actors describing life in a rural, and very cold, environment. Tony Award-nominated actor and Maine native John Cariani has written a love letter to Aroostook county. The play received its world premiere at Portland Stage Company where it was the most attended play in the theater’s history.
