Hansel and Gretel Bluegrass

Hansel and Gretel Bluegrass is the world premiere of a new version of the classic fairy tale. This update is set in Depression-era Kentucky and features Bradley Whitford of The West Wing in video performance as The Duke.

Hansel and Gretel Bluegrass is the latest production from LAb24 (Walking the Tightrope), 24th Street Theatre’s resident experimental theater company dedicated to presenting provocative plays that appeal to kids while maintaining the look and emotional depth of adult theater. The show is written by Bryan Davidson and directed by Debbie Devine.

Note: Hansel and Gretel Bluegrass is recommended for ages eight and up.
