About This Show

Theatre of NOTE is proud to present the Los Angeles premiere of A Bright Room Called Day, by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tony Kushner. Directed by Gleason Bauer, this show is the poetic exploration of the choices made by a small community of artists in 1930s Berlin, perched on the brink of a great historical crime.

In continued celebration of Theatre of Note’s 20th anniversary, a special performance will benefit TREE PEOPLE, an organization that seeks to inspire the people of Los Angeles to take personal responsibility for the planting and care of the urban forest.
