About the Show
Following a run at the Swan Theatre in Stratford upon Avon and a 12 venue national tour, the Royal Shakespeare Company brings The Merry Wives of Windsor to the Old Vic. This tale of mischief and misbehaving is combined with scenes of stinging and humiliating revenge as the fat knight Falstaff suffers gross indignities at the hands of Mistresses Ford and Page, the Windsor wives of the title. Rachel Kavanaugh directs.
