Edward III

About the Show

Edward III , often attributed to Shakespeare, has been in print since 1596. Set in the age of chivalry, the play vividly depicts the beginning of the 100 Years War and acts as a prequel to Richard II. Originally presented by the RSC in a rehearsed reading in 1999, it is now staged as a full production for the first time.
