Brief Encounter

The 1946 film by David Lean is adapted for the stage by Andrew Taylor. A lonely housewife finds temptaion at a railway cafe every Thursday afternoon, where she meets a doctor. They both realize, however, that their love can never be fulfilled. Directed by Roger Redfarn, Brief Encounter features Jenny Seagrove and Christopher Cazenove.
