Shakespeare Festival

Walden Theatre is proud to present its Shakespeare Festival at the Thrust Theatre. The Festival will consist of Love’s Labours Lost and Pericles, performing in repertory.

Love’s Labours Lost, one of Shakespeare’s wittiest comedies, presents the story of the King of Navarre as he and his friends try to change their unhealthy ways. Can these men give up all their vices without temptation ripping them to pieces? This romantic and wild show will answer that question, and then some.

Pericles deals with the Prince of Tyre and the many adventures he goes on. He refuses marriage to a princess, meets and marries Thaisa, supposedly losing her in childbirth and gets completely separated from his family. After much misadventure, the family is finally reunited.
