Bridge to Terabithia

Terabithia. A magical kingdom where two best friends rule as King and Queen with the help of Prince Terrien the Dog. While actually a clearing in the woods reached by crossing a wild brook, Jess and Leslie go to Terabithia to magically escape from unkind classmates and difficult families. With the gifts Leslie has given him – confidence, self worth, and unconditional love – Jess will ultimately learn that friendship and family – not magic – will help him to cope with a heartbreaking loss.
