The Boys Next Door

One of the most poignant comedies of modern theatre, The Boys Next Door “moves the audience to an awareness of how many things in everyday life we take for granted” (The New York Times). Revolving around the everyday antics of four mentally challenged men living under the watchful eye of an earnest social worker in a communal residence, the play offers touching and humorous reminders about life’s little struggles. Director Jack Phillips says this family-friendly play helps audiences “learn about adults with learning challenges in a way that is both insightful and compassionate and still so funny.”

The Boys Next Door is recommended for ages 10 and up.
