Sleuth

Peter Shaffer’s Tony Award-winning play features Andrew, a wealthy, middle-aged mystery writer who wraps young upstart Milo in a spider web of a murder plot. Andrew invites Milo onto his estate for the weekend, and, since this young man has been having an affair with his wife, the games then begin, but he’s underestimated Milo’s abilities. The action that develops is a fluctuation between humor and terror.
