A musical about marriage…Chicago Style
ATC presents the world premiere of a new vision of one of Broadway’s musical treasures. From Riverview and Bozo’s Circus to Hefner’s Playboys and a dynasty called Daley — I Do! I Do! is a story of romance and marriage danced from 1950’s Wrigleyville to the Gold Coast of today.
The show features music by Harvey Schmidt, book and lyrics by Tom Jones, and is based on the play The Four Poster by Jan de Hartog. Michael Weber directs, with musical direction by Doug Peck.
