Do I Hear a Waltz? is the charming story of Leona, an unmarried American secretary who travels to Venice in the early 1960s in search of romance. In the spell of the enchanted city, she falls in love with a handsome Italian
shopkeeper. When Leona discovers that he is married in the midst of their
whirlwind romance, she must decide whether to stay with her lover in Italy
or return home to America alone. Written by Arthur Laurents, with music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.
