Aunt Nancy’s Safari Stories

About the Show

Eccentric, storytelling Aunt Nancy is back with more stories, more friends and more fun. Meenah and her brother, Shelby know by now that visits with Aunt Nancy and Uncle Herbert are anything but peaceful and quiet. This trip promises to be another great adventure. Aunt Nancy has lost her "storytelling groove" and the family must travel to Africa, the origin of Aunt Nancy’s tales, in order to get it back.

Aunt Nancy’s Safari Stories, is the fourth in a series of Aunt Nancy plays written and directed by the Thompson family, for Corn Productions. In the tradition of the "Ananse the Spider Man" folk tales of West Africa, the "Aunt Nancy" plays use storytelling to entertain children and teach important life lessons.
