Zerline’s Tale

Tony Award-winner Elizabeth Ashley stars as Zerline, a maid in an aristocratic household who recounts her story of lust, pleasure and disappointment as she metes out her own justice against the “empty wickedness” of her betters.

Based on the story “Die Erzählung der Magd Zerline” from the novel Die Schuldlosen (The Guiltless) by Hermann Broch. Adapted by Jeremy Sams; Directed by Michael Wilson.
