Hamptons Wine & Food Festival

The Second Annual Hamptons Wine & Food Festival takes place at Ross School in East Hampton and other special event locations. This culinary entertainment event features live cooking demonstrations from well-known personalities such as Food Network stars Sandra Lee (Semi-Homemade) and Dave Lieberman (host of both Good Deal and Eat This), Ralph Pagano (finalist from Fox TV’s Hell’s Kitchen) competing against Harold Dieterle (recent winner of Bravo’s Top Chef), top wine and spirits experts such as Steve Olson, F. Paul Pacult, and Anthony Giglio, among others leading wine, spirits and food pairing seminars throughout the weekend. The best local ingredients are also added to the mix this year as the festival celebrates the rich agricultural heritage of the Hamptons with locally grown products from several East End farms and Long Island winemakers.

7-10 pm-Sunset VIP Tapas & Tinis kick-off party at oceanfront home in East Hampton.

Sat, Aug 12
12-4 pm: Numerous wine & food tasting seminars, Hamptons Chef & Bartender Semi-finals competitions
4-6 pm: Celebrity Chef Demonstrations on Cooking Stage in Tent
6-9 pm: Grand Tasting featuring a wide selection of local and international wines alongside signature dish sampling from top Hamptons restaurants.

Sun, Aug 13
11-1 pm: Sparkling Summer Brunch
1-5 pm: Wine & food seminars, Hamptons Chef & Bartender Competition Finals, Grand Tasting featuring a wide selection of local and international wines with signature dish sampling from top Hamptons restaurants.
