Bus Stop

At the center of the action is Cherie, a both innocent and worldly young chanteuse, in a role made famous in the film version by a young Marilyn Monroe. Cherie is played by a newcomer to the company, New York actress Sandra Cummings. Her would-be suitor, the untamed young cowboy, Bo, is played by Peter Stewart. Bo’s sidekick, the old cowhand Virge, is played by HTC founder James Ewing, returning to the stage after his appearance last season as the lovable curmudgeon Colonel Kinkaid in The Oldest Living Graduate.
