Secrets of the Chorus

Secrets of the Chorus tells the story of a fading star of stage and screen, Daveta Gray, who has just closed in a New York production of the flop “Hackensack,” and her chorus line of eight drag queens, each of whom has a sometimes funny, sometimes sinister, secret. The mystery unfolds as we learn that one of the drag queens, Fiesta Binge, was killed the closing night of “Hackensack” by a sandbag falling from high above the stage. The mystery deepens when we learn that Fiesta was wearing Daveta’s costume. Leslie “Bambi” Lefleur headlines as Daveta Gray. Was it an accident? Was someone trying to kill Daveta? Or Fiesta? And what about the true identities of the chorus line? And their hidden agendas?
