About the Show
This South Florida premiere and Pulitzer Prize finalist is a futuristic play about memory and identity. Marjorie, 85, is fading physically and mentally. She lives with Tess, her conflicted daughter, and Tess’s husband, John. Walter, a holographic duplicate or “Prime” of Marjorie’s late husband, keeps her memories alive in this science-fiction romance. Darkly funny, yet tender, the play takes a startling twist that leads to a thought-provoking ending.
