Off the Rocks: Twenty Years with the Newtown Writers

Bailiwick Repertory presents Off the Rocks: Twenty Years with the Newtown Writers, an anniversary celebration of the Chicago gay and lesbian writer?s journal as part of the Bailiwick Pride Series. These performances are a sampling of the ambitious, topical and timeless writing generated by the non-profit corporation, NewTown Writers (founded in 1980), developed through fortnightly workshops and published in the literary anthology Off the Rocks and the e-zine Swell. Copies of the publications will be on sale in the lobby.
