Stan Rogers: A Matter of Heart is a theatrical celebration of the songs of Canadian singer/song writer Stan Rogers. He was a legendary figure in the folk music world in Canada. Two annual festivals are dedicated to his music and his memory. His songs speak passionately about Canada and Canadians, and have proven to be excellent source material for theatrical treatment. Even 15 years after Rogers’ untimely death, his recordings continue to sell very well.
