This production consists of two plays, “Yodellers” and “Kreskinned”. Together they make up The Road to Hell, a lighthearted look at relationships. The comedy in both plays arises out of watching th echaracters squirm as they try to develop some kind of working relationship. In “Yodellers”, a male golf columnist falls in love with a female golfer. The real problem, the object of his affection is a lesbian. In “Kreskinned”, Dennis, an book-dealer who’s been engaged nine times, has a first date with Joyce, who’s never had a second date. They go to see a hynotist show and this produces curious consequences for the courtship.
