In Chronic, Petra is struck with a mysterious disease, which both infects and illuminates her key relationships – boyfriend, boss, co-workers and doctor. Bruised by the medical establishment, Petra battles the Virus, a compelling and fantastical personality who may or may not be the source of the crisis.
