Stretch Marks: Growing Into Motherhood

About the Show

Drama Mamas’ runaway hit from 2003 is back! Stretch Marks: Growing Into Motherhood, a humorous, thoughtful commentary about the spiritual and emotional acrobatics of new parenthood, first premiered at the EXIT Theatre last year and played before nearly 1,900 people! In January, Stretch Marks will play in the East Bay, and as a special bonus producer Jodi Schiller will present guest artists Herstories Project in their original play, Bone Songs. Both plays were created through a collaborative process of personal storytelling, improvisation, and traditional playwriting. It’s “Reality Theater” about mothers, yesterday and today.
