Nuevo California

San Diego Repertory Theatre, in collaboration with Centro Cultural Tijuana, presents the world premiere bi-national mystery play with music, Nuevo California. Based on two hundred interviews and conversations with citizens in San Diego, Tijuana and Mexicali, the production combines the writings of Playwright-in-Residence Bernardo Solano and California Playwright Allan Havis, the direction of REP Artistic Director Sam Woodhouse and the choreography of Tijuana artist Dora Arreola, and a 10-member bi-national ensemble of actors.
