A Tuna Christmas

The Point Loma Playhouse (PLP), formerly known as Point Loma Actors Theatre is proud to present A Tuna Christmas, the hilarious show centered around Tuna, the third smallest town in Texas, where the Lion’s Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies!. The town’s annual
Christmas Yard Display Contest, is disrupted by a mysterious “Christmas Phantom,” known for vandalizing the yard displays, and threatens to throw the contest into turmoil. Among the subplots include Stanley Bumiller’s attempts to end his probation and leave Tuna, Bertha Bumiller’s trying to hold her family together at Christmas time, and Joe Bob Lipsey’s struggle to successfully mount his disaster prone production of A Christmas Carol.
The cast of A Tuna Christmas features Andrew Gumm and Greg Henninger, portraying eleven characters each. A total of 40 quick changes create these amazing characters for your enjoyment!
