Perhaps the prolific playwright Neil Simon’s best-known work, Broadway’s 1965 award winning hit, The Odd Couple, is one of the funniest comedies ever written. Recently divorced fussbudget and neat freak Felix Unger has been kicked out of his marriage and is down on this luck. With nowhere else to turn, he finds himself, reluctantly, on the doorstep of pal Oscar Madison, who is himself divorced. Oscar is a total slob and proud of it. This is a play about how these total opposites can live with each other, without losing their sanity.
