Suburban Showgirl

Suburban Showgirl is a one-woman, 28-character play that explores almost every genre of dance, from Martha Graham to Radio City Rockettes.

Through dance, Palmer discovers how life works, and shares her wisdom with the students she teaches. Palmer courageously exposes the heartaches and triumphs she experiences as a young dancer, college student, professional dancer and ultimately a working mother, while pursuing her dreams.
