About...Productions presents a unique event featuring plays created and performed by educationally underrepresented 9-12th graders in the company's Young Theaterworks' Social Justice Residency at Roosevelt High School's Math, Science, Technology, Magnet Academy (MSTMA) in Boyle Heights. Students conducted interviews with three social justice leaders, Dr. Martha Gonzalez, Odilia Romero, and Moctesuma Esparza, whose work has inspired the creation of three new plays to be performed by the students in a production titled: Seeds of Resistance. TWO PERFORMANCES: Afternoon performance at 2 PM (doors at 1:40 PM) - RSVP REQUIRED Evening performance at 6 PM (doors at 5:40 PM) - RSVP RECOMMENDED Admission is FREE.
