Pacifico Dance Company

California’s premier Mexican Folklorico dance ensemble brings their vibrant color, vigor, and skilled movement to the South Bay. Pacifico is an internationally renowned dance company that provides diverse audiences with powerful and entertaining insights into this rich heritage. Performing many traditional and new works, including their whimsical tribute to life beyond the grave Calacas Clandestinas. This homage to El Dia De Los Muertos (The Day of the Dead) is mimicry of the living as seen by the undead. Also performed will be regional suites from Costa Chica, Chiapas, Jalisco, and the elaborately depicted Danza de Quetzales and others.
