Improv-a-thon

The FunHouse hosts a 28-hour marathon of improvised comedy, drama, games, songs, and more! Improvisers from San Diego to Los Angeles will converge to participate in this 28-hour festival of spontaneous theatre, based on audience suggestions. Three players will participate for the entire 28 hours, never leaving the stage! The marathon will also debut a new format: MySpace: The Musical where a musical will be created based on profiles of two audience members on the popular MySpace network.

The marathon show will feature:

Fakespeare (an improvised play in the style of Shakespeare)

The USS Improvise (an improvised “lost episode” of Star Trek)

Tales of Terror (a live horror movie spoof)

TheatreSports (a competition between teams of improvisers)
