Oxblood and Glaxa Studios present HIDE, a new play written and directed by Guy Zimmerman. This darkly comic play takes place in a low-rent electronics store in a mini-mall somewhere in Los Angeles. Meyer, the proprietor, is confronted on his sales floor by Larkin, an LAPD cop investigating the disappearance of a homeless man from the center divider outside the store. Larkin probes hidden connections between the homeless man and Meyer’s wife Patty, who spends her entire life confined to a nearby stock room. Under Larkin’s relentless inquisition, a history of almost surreal darkness gets slowly dragged into the light.
